About the Event
Join us for a Slow Food Boulder County Favorite - the Make Your Own BLT event
This event will be held on Sunday, September 15th at Cure Organic Farm in Boulder.
- Bread Table - a selection of local breads from bakers who use Colorado Grains
- Spreads, like mayo
- Bacon (protein table) - a selection of different bacon from small ranchers in the area. AND we will have a vegetarian option from Project Umami
- Lettuce Table - a selection of local greens and microgreens
- Tomatoes - we will be in the height of tomato season and plan to have tomatoes from local farms in every size, shape and color.
- Potato chips - a local chef will help make chips from Jones Family Organic potatoes
